The holiday season can feel magical..and also a little demanding on your energy, routine, and nervous system. That’s why I created the 12 Days of Christmas: Recharge Rituals, a collection of simple, doable micro-habits to help you stay grounded, nourished, and energized through the most wonderful (and busiest) time of the year.
Each ritual takes just a minute or two. Small actions really do create steady energy, and these are designed to support your whole system: body, mind, and spirit.

Do 10 squats or countertop push-ups before lunch. The easiest way to sprinkle strength training into a busy day.

Name three things that went well today. They don’t have to be big. Consistency matters more than perfection.
