I came across this, 100 Happy Days Foundation, that has set out to spread happiness around the world.  What a fabulous mission – count me in!

Beginning on June 1, for 100 days, I will post an image of an experience that brought happiness to my day, each day on my Facebook page.  Share your happiness and watch it expand.  Remember – joy shared is doubled.

Set a daily reminder on your cellphone to capture those happy moments.

Notice when you are feeling blah! – shift your thoughts until your mood elevates.

Speak only words that make you feel happiness in your body.

I celebrate my happiness…

Dance.  Laugh.  Eat fresh produce.  Spend quality time with loved ones. Sweat. Share a hug.  Stimulate your mind.  Play.  Floss.  Read.  Move your body.  Sing.  Garden.  Learn.  Smile.  Visualize.  Get outdoors.  Journal.  Teach.  Create.  Offer a hand of support.  Build a sandcastle.  Explore some place new.  Ride a bike.  Support a cause.
