Jolly Green Giant Juice

1 large serving (requires a juicer)

This is truly a meal of champions!

I call this juice “jolly” because of its powerful liver cleansing compounds found in the cilantro and dandelion.  The liver is the seat of anger.

Drink up and flush those toxins – be jolly!

4-6 celery ribs
1 lemon, peeled (maintain the white pith)
1 inch piece ginger
6-8 stalks of kale or collards
1 cucumber
4-6 stalks dandelion greens
1/3 bunch cilantro

Juice all ingredients.  Pour in a large glass jar.  Be sure to “chew” your juice before swallowing – digestion begins in the mouth.  Enjoy.
